Zoom Transcription – How to Transcribe Zoom Meetings & Recordings

The market includes almost 200 video conferencing software items. Among them, Zoom has emerged as a leader for webinars, conference calls, and meetings. It enables users to communicate online without or with video/audio. It comes as a mobile app or desktop client. Users can share screens, record sessions, and collaborate on projects. Recording the Zoom sessions lets users focus on the discussion rather than note-taking. Then, after the course, with the help of Zoom Transcription, you can either send a transcript or recap to attendees.

How to Record a Zoom Conference Call

Before Zoom transcription, know how to Record a session.

To start Recording before authorizing screen sharing:

  1. After joining a session, press the RECORD icon present at the top menu.
  2. That’s it! Your course’s now recording.
  3. To pause or stop this function, press the appropriate button.

To start Recording after authorizing screen sharing:

  1. After you’ve joined a course, press the MORE option, present in the meeting controls menu. Then choose RECORD from the drop-down list.
  2. To stop or pause Recording, press MORE, and select the option from the drop-down list.

Recording Zoom calls and courses can be an excellent way to save them for future purposes. After your finish taping, Zoom saves an mp4 document to your desktop (or it’ll be saved as cloud recording if that particular feature’s enabled).

Reviewing them can be mind-numbing, especially if you require transcribing the Recording. Fortunately, you can get accurate and quick Zoom transcription quickly.
